In 1946, a masked killer was running loose in the small town of Texarkana, Arkansas. The Phantom Killer was also the basis for the 1970's exploitation film THE TOWN THAT DREADED SUNDOWN. He is the topic of this weeks KNOW YOUR LEGENDS: UNSOLVED MURDERS.
